Dr. Dhan Raj Chalise is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management at Tribhuvan University (TU), Nepal, with extensive expertise in management education, academic leadership, and research. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees, a Master of Business Studies (MBS), an M.Phil. in Management, and a Ph.D. from TU, for which he received the prestigious PhD Research Award from the University Grants Commission of Nepal. He currently serves as Director of Special Programs (MBA-F and MBM) at Shanker Dev Campus and holds several key academic leadership roles, including Member Secretary of the Research Management Cell, EMIS Coordinator, Self-Assessment Team Coordinator, and member of the Management Subject Committee. His teaching and research interests include strategic management, organizational change and development, business environment, and research methods. Dr. Chalise has supervised numerous undergraduate and graduate research projects, authored two books, seven research reports, and more than 40 peer-reviewed journal articles, and has actively contributed to national and international conferences as well as policy-oriented research for government and non-government organizations.
